Bill Speed, AKA Billy Bones, has been barbequing and cooking for many years. What started out as a hobby has turned into a tasty passion for feeding people and showing them what good Santa Maria style cookin’ is all about! A love and appreciation for this particular style over an open pit fire has translated into many years of cooking for large private functions, organizations, and even bands such as Pablo Cruise!
Billy Bones and his staff strive to add new and exciting meals to their menu, along with new ways of cooking over an open fire or slow cooked/smoking applications. Every effort is made to provide their customers with an entertaining experience and a meal to remember! The Billy Bones team puts their heart and soul into every meal that we prepare to ensure good customer service. We do not over commit our events so that our customers receive the service they deserve. Our staff is friendly, well-groomed, certified, and eager to please as the customer is always our number one priority.
We work to compliment all of our barbeque entrees with paired side dishes. If you don’t see it on our menu, share one of your favorite dishes and we will try to accommodate it! We have towable equipment so that we can come and prepare your feast at a location that is fun for your special event, although there are some minimum size requirements.
